Clotilde Ranno is focusing on her clients to understand their desires and their daily routine to realize adapted bespoke suits. She proposes many fabrics and colours from the best manufacturers. The quality is the main criteria and that is why the Atelier only select natural fabrics. A bespoke suit must be distinguished but also comfortable.
Clotilde Ranno is creating your personalized bespoke suit to individualize you. Thus, you can choose a type of shoulder, the appearance of the pockets or the collar’s lapel: you create a cloth which resembles you. Clotilde Ranno will give you some advices to match your tastes with the use of the suit. Every fabric is adapted to an occasion: the fabric of a business suit won’t be same as the one of a fancy suit.
Atelier Clotilde Ranno’s methods
You can compose a bespoke suit or a made to measure suit. But what is the difference?
For a made to measure suit, we adapt a fitting suit to the measures of the client whereas the bespoke suit is realized from a pattern made for the client. There will be also a fitting test.
30 measures are necessary to realize a bespoke suit. During this measuring process, Clotilde Ranno considers your posture and the alignment of your shoulders. Those personal elements are essential to create an excellent bespoke suit.
Among a large range of fabrics, you will be able to choose one for your shirt. Here again, Clotilde’s advices will be very precious. She will show you fabrics appropriated to your body shape and your utilization of the suit. You have, for example, to consider the season: for the summer, you will probably prefer a lighter suit. If you travel a lot for business, we recommend that you opt for a suit that doesn’t crease.
We propose fabrics in merinos’ wool and in linen. For a casual suit, we also offer linen/coton blend or wool/coton blend. Because everyone is different, we select many fabrics: plained fabric, Prince of Wales check, dogtooth or tartan.
Then after, you will have to choose the cut. For the jacket, that includes the shape of the collar’s lapel, a type of pockets, number of buttons, type of shoulder. For the pants, you need to decide the height of the waist, the shape, number of pockets and the narrowness of the pants. Clotilde Ranno will adapt your choices so that the final cut will be the one expected.

A bespoke suit can become even more personal than it already is. Atelier Clotilde Ranno can embroider your initials on your suit for example. It is also possible to choose a specific colour for the inside lining: the suit you compose, is unique.
Your satisfaction above all
Once your suit is made – wait time estimated at one month – a fitting test is realized at the Atelier. We will then adjust some details to obtain a satisfying result. If your suit needs some adjustments, a second fitting will be set up for a final verification.
